Welcome to Dream Lead. We are fully committed to protecting your personal information and securing your business data. This Privacy Policy outlines how our desktop CRM application collects, stores, processes, and protects your information, including your integrated Google account data.

1. Core Principles & Data Security

We believe your data should remain yours. We design our systems to ensure your information is strictly protected:

* Advanced Hashing Protection: When you fill out a registration form or input business leads, your data is securely stored on our server-side Databases. All sensitive contact information is immediately encrypted using cryptographic hashing algorithms—it is never stored or visible in plain text.

* Encrypted Transit: All communications between your Dream Lead client application and our server infrastructure are fully protected using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption protocols to prevent unauthorized interception.

2. Google API Integration & Usage:

Dream Lead connects with your Google account strictly to automate your workflow. We practice data minimization, meaning we only touch the specific features you authorize

* Automated Emailing (Gmail): The application integrates with Google to allow you to instantly generate and send pre-filled email templates directly to your clients. Dream Lead only sends the emails you review and approve; it never reads, stores, or monitors your personal inbox history.

* The Dream Lead Booked Calendar: Upon authorization, the application creates a separate, dedicated calendar in your account named "Dream Lead Booked Calendar." Which blocks out "booked" projects into the calendar.

* Calendar Management: Our software can add, remove, and edit entries exclusively within this custom calendar to manage your client bookings. It does not alter or access your primary personal calendar.

* Team Collaboration: To help your business run smoothly, the application includes features that let you easily share the "Dream Lead Booked Calendar" with colleagues to coordinate schedules.

3. Google API Limited Use Disclosure:

Dream Lead’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://google.com), including its strict Limited Use requirements.

* We never sell your personal or Google user data to third parties.

* We never use your data to serve advertisements.

* We never utilize your client or email data to train artificial intelligence (AI) models.

4. Data Retention and Control

Because your client databases and lists are managed securely via our server architecture, you maintain complete administrative control. If you ever choose to close your account, you can request the permanent deletion of your hashed data records from our active SQL databases.
